Overall, the Cardinal gained 50 points on the Badgers in the Coaches poll. Stanford did the same in the Harris poll, gaining 62 points. That narrowing of the gap in the polls, combined with what should be an advantage in the computers … based on last week’s numbers … should be enough to vault Stanford in the No. 4 position in the standings.
